15/09/23 - "I walked past today. I spoke to the owner. It is due to reopened in 2 to six weeks' time. The owner's English was not perfect, , so a detailed conversation about the plans wasn't possible."

26/07/23 - "It appears that this pub has recently started refurbishments, no details have been posted outside but work has started on the pub. I can only assume they are looking to reopen."

The Drayton Park, Highbury was still closed yesterday 07/09/22. Talking to locals it seems the pub closed in lockdown and hasn’t reopened since. This was the only away fans pub in Arsenal before matches. It is opposite the stadium.

Part of this pub became Litro, an independent Italian ‘Osteria and bar’, serving Doom Bar, Keg Freedom lagers and Orchard Cider c.2011 but became Hot Wok by November 2013. The Drayton Park itself is a busy football pub.
